otters and jaguars

It’s better than being a kid in a candy store. Five days driving to and around the Monterey Peninsula with hundreds of other kids.

With so many options of places to be, it’s hard to have a relaxing weekend. Even driving to dinner will require a stop or two to check out a one of a kind Alfa Romeo touring car with a LeMans chassis or a perfect little Jaguar E type. You could choose from parades, Concourses, historic car racing, auctions and still find so much to do. All of this in one of the most stunning settings.
This year I had the pleasure of both of my daughters company, it was a blast. We enjoyed an amazing weekend at a metaphoric 100 miles per hour. All topped off with a nice trip to the aquarium. Its great to see them enjoying beautiful car design and understanding some of what goes into owning a classic.
I recommend this trip to anyone who loves cars – as much as I love candy. Until next year…
