You’ve seen these license plate frames around haven’t you? I got mine when I recently made a donation to the CHP 11-99 foundation. They do great work helping the families of fallen CHP officers. 11-99 is the radio code for ‘Officer Down”. Since the Foundation’s inception in ’81 they have given nearly 20 million $ to the families of fallen officers. It’s really pretty cool; they help with home costs, children’s college tuition, family support, and the like.
